Hello, I’ve been doing litigation for 6 years. I truly hate it and I’m wondering how difficult it would be to transfer to a different type of law (possibly at the same firm)? It was so poorly done and somehow they converted my 1 page resume to 2 pages?! Anyway I’ve worked on several resumes since then and feel like I’ve nailed it. Would like to have some tips on how to work with some of my Indian co-workers - observing this behavior predominately with them so suspect it is cultural- I tend to get last minute meeting invites (like 20 mins before) and the meeting room would be very empty so no conclusion can likely be reach.
