We are trying to get the reserve leave policy more in line with other NYC bank's and consulting firms, as the bank does almost the bare minimum for userra. I’m at a mid size transactional firm. I’m a total night owl and my partners have OK’d me starting the workday at around 11am because I regularly work until midnight or later. I get so much more done after dark! I still get some side eye from other associates, but 🤷🏽‍♀️
