Can we negotiate already accepted Natwest offer with counter offer with HR? Do they reject if so?

Anyone have any good advice for getting students to think/respond on their own? My start date at the new job isn’t until 2023 so there is some time for me to turn in my notice. Has anyone ever done aggression training for their dog? Met with a trainer who basically wants us to either keep our dog crated or on a leash at all times and said no pets or play time for now.
