Hey folks
I got a call from TCS to interview for a new unit formed within org with the name of Business Transformation Group as per new org restructuring. Anyone from TCS who can help to understand more about this?
Does it cater to only niche technologies or how does this actually function?

When do Deloitte's Comp statements get released?
Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?
Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

First off - everyone can be good at McKinsey case level math.
If it’s not clicking it’s because you were taught math wrong, and it’s not your fault. There are tons of online resources that can and will help you fix this - some are case specific and others are GMAT specific. Either will get your quant way better very quickly.
Secondly, you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. Don’t back out because you’ve given it a shot if you actually want to join.
Finally, rejection isn’t rejection if it were to happen. Tons of my colleagues have been unsuccessful in the interview process (sometimes unsuccessful multiple times!). The worst that happens is that you learn how to be more successful next time.
You're 100% right! Really need to work on myself because I definitely have some confidence issues (i always think the interview went bad, but I also never got rejected yet).
It's also true that you miss 100% of the shots you dont take, but I also think there's a certain timing for taking these shots to maximize your chances of not missing them - i'll probably do more research about case interviews before applying to make sure i feel ready and not end up in a situation where I have 2-3 days to prep.
As for the rejection, I heard you need to wait a year before applying again, which is why im trying to make sure I get in first try!
Thank you so much for your advice :)
Of course you can apply. “Not great at math” is all relative; some partner cases are extremely quant heavy, while others can be a lot more straightforward. Just practice case math tricks and shoot your shot.

You’ll have to study up for the cases but you can do it. It’s more about the logic than being able to do complicated operations. You won’t be asked to do anything outside of +, -, x, /
I’m still not good at math but here I am 😂
