McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!

At BCG you can freely trade leveraged ETFs. Not sure about options but would assume it falls under the same rule as single name stocks.
Same for McK, only restrictions is buying/selling single name equities, holding is fine
There is a 3-month grace period when you join where you can sell (but not buy) individual stocks. Additionally, there is a process to sell individual stocks after the grace period if you need the liquidity (e.g., house purchase), but these must be approved
You can do whatever you want if you don't get caught
