CBA is deducting the PF from Base Salary ?

Bcz I noticed,

A - Base Pay - X Amount
B - Retirals - Y Amount (PF + Gratuity)
Variable: Z Amount.

Total CTC = X+Y+Z

The question here is, PF will be deducted from Base Salary or not.

If yes, then Employee PF will be deducted once from Base Pay, and then Employer PF is also part of CTC as Retirals.

Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

I have 8+ years of experience, got offer from Cognizant and LTI for Azure Data Engineer role. Both are offering same package which is 19LPA. Recently got selected in Atos Syntel. What’s the norm as far as bonuses to first years, particularly in V20 firms? Everyone seems to be happy with my work, a well respected partner is “impressed,” but there’s no way I’ll hit bonus hours. I’ve done some pro bono but just was not given much work the first few months and still am not swamped, which I am enjoying. I’ve heard whispers that all first years get bonuses. I’d assume it depends on the overall market and firm specifically but just wondering if there’s a norm among V20.

I'm moving my firm to a non hourly model. I want to encourage efficiency and discourage the work your life away model.

For litgation we're thinking past pleadings and MTDS then X, Discovery than Y, SMJ motions then Z trial then Q.

What are your thoughts on this ? What are my issues here. I think the hardest one is to predict discovery. But I also think we can outsource some of this to cheeper labor and lean on our tech to not actually have to review everything.
