CBA is hiring in bulk. Do the know it will create lot of redundant roles. Some people who are selected have very hight position as staff and senior staff which attracts 48-70 LPA ranges. But they don’t have enough work. Why there is such a buzzword going around AI when most of the work will be done by Sydney folks and they will be highlighted. Whose mind is behind this?
