Nothing beats sitting down, day one, feeling the vibe is off and thinking “wHaT hAvE i DoNe?!”

It takes me about a year to get comfortable at a new place.
I'd say always give it a year to see whether the issue is a specific team, the whole practice group, or was just frustration with adjusting to a new job
Give it a little more time. You haven’t seen them in every season for the first time yet. It gets better after a year, IMO
I feel the same way! I started at my new firm in September and spent most of September and October thinking, “what have I done??” The people here are nice but everything is new and overwhelming and the vibe is very different than my prior firm. This month has felt more stable. Still not sure if this is my long term gig but I’m feeling less of an overwhelming desire to flee. That said, I am keeping my eyes open for the next opportunity. If something different presents itself, I’m going to seriously consider it.
