I’m here to seek some guidance over a doubt of mine. I am joining a new company and they wants me to join on 21st November . But I have a notice period of 30 days which I’m supposed to serve in my current company.

I’m looking for some tips and ways to negotiate with the new company for granting me a new joining date or to buy me out of notice period and thereafter join in for the new job.

Anyone here get M promo, did you get market adjustments with merge? If so what was the adjustment?

Is working at a local 1-2 office firm where you do tax, audit, and bookkeeping more interesting than just sticking to audit or tax?

What can I expect for an OTE (base plus variable/commissions) for a director level partner development role managing a portfolio of GSIs? I’m based in NYC. It seems like many of these roles are at a 60/40 split (some sample companies I’ve talked with: google cloud, Microsoft, salesforce, twilio).
