I have been interviewing at Tavisca for a month long, thanks to there recruiter, already tole my expectation upfront, Now after all the tech rounds, HR round happened and told again my expectation INR X lpa Hr was like ok, will go ahead, now after someday, he says that we dont have budget and cannot go further. Then I told them I already hold an offer and will share which is INR X+ lpa, After trying for few more days finally they told that they can offer INR (X-10) lpa, Looked like a joke to me

According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. I am extremely over qualified for the position but it could possibly be a stepping stone and gives me the time to acquire SHRM certifications and possibly start taking classes to get my MBA. I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.

I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion?
