I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. Recently joined cognizant. Current location is Pune, joining location is kolkata.
Recruitment HR has confirmed in the email that I can collect the asset from pune and work from pune for few days until I go to kolkata.
Onboarding HR is like you have to come down to kolkata for collecting the laptop. Has Anyone faced similar experience?
