Hi guys, I need a suggestion.
I am very new to devops domain like only 6 month of theoretical knowledge and i got offer pf a tech lead role in a company so will i be able to survive ? Will this 6 month knowledge with less hand-on is sufficient to survive or should i choose lesser profile first and try to learn and then try for higher role as tech lead? Guys who are working in devops domain please help me to understand that how is the work load in devops?

Retirement.
actually just left Colab and the relief i felt was the best feeling in the world. at a new place now and i’m sad to say that it’s becoming clear that working at Colab made me dumber. no pitch work, no room for creativity, and a constant level of stress that i did not get paid enough to go to therapy about.
i can’t say how the alternative is, only that today my new coworker described my mental approach to work as vaguely reminiscent of stockholm syndrome.
Klick. :)
Stability? In advertising? What’s that?!?
Omnicom is super bad for employees but CoLab is an internal disaster. I also hear the client is building their own internal department so CoLab might not be around in a couple of years.
Wonder if BMS has open positions....asking for a friend.
Depends on which Omnicom agency…

More stability would be where you’re currently employed. Riskier to jump ship to where you don’t know anyone.
