Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

In Buckhead? Good luck.
Move to cumming lol
YES, however they are north for good areas or south & Cobb area for more economical units.
I live about 30 miles outside ATL and the apartment prices out here are even higher than that. you’re going to be hard pressed to find anything decent in that price range.
Promove is a good source. Also, keep in mind that school is back in session. Market rent prices will be higher.
You’re about 9 years too late unfortunately. Even studios are pushing 2k
MAA lenox has studios (has a bedroom without windows) for that price. Look around, hard range but doable.
Rent prices have dropped a lot over last 1 - 2 years with many new apartments built and supply starting to exceed demand. I’ve seen apartments dropping rents or giving out free months. You shouldn’t have a problem finding $1600 studios or even 1 bedroom apartments.
Northern part of Midtown by Arts Center has new apartments with free months where the effective monthly cost would be about that.
Depending on how you plan to commute you'll find rent under 1600 in West Midtown, People's Town, and Reynoldstown at least. Prices are higher during the summer months, but there were multiple studio and 1 bedroom options under this price point in April for these neighborhoods (plus Midtown itself).

Depends on how the amount of bed/bath. You may want to look in areas around Buckhead. Buckhead is very pricey.
North Buckhead is definitely more affordable than the rest of Buckhead but you're still going to be hard-pressed to find anything under $1600 that is a respectable apartment lol

They may have some options around/under 1600. It’s one of the places I looked at initially
Try lindbergh.. MAA peachtree or Willowest lindbergh.. It’s 5min drive to buckhead
Hi. I think my base rent at IMT Buckhead on 26th is around $1,500. It’s very close to Piedmont Hospital. I pay extra for some things like water, packaging service, parking, and my dog. It usually winds up around $1,700 with the extra stuff. I’ve been here since May and have been quite content. There is currently a $1,500 of first full month of rent or something close to that. I received that credit in June. I can’t figure out how to DM you. If I make a referral, we both get something, I think. Are you able to DM me?
