* Salary was often credited between the 15th and 17th of the month instead of on a fixed payday.
* Regular salary slips were not provided during my employment.
* I was not provided with PF (Provident Fund) or employee insurance during my employment.
* Employees were expected to serve a 3-month notice period before leaving.
* Experience letters were issued only after a significant delay, even after completing one year of service.

Should I take this offer? Current salary: 150k at Deloitte as a manager. Offer: Well respected software PE firm in their operations group. Salary: 160k, bonus: 40k, carry: 150k

Actually there is one management group based in kolkata. They are offering me vendership for call center executive. But they are asking initial 1k per candidates for the insurance purposes. Insurance for assets they are providing like Mobile etc .

But I didn't connected with them via linkdin only. Can I trust them or they might be the fake one. I'm in very big confusion guys. I needed your suggestions.

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?
