Pick one from your LinkedIn DMs. They're all the same, no one truly better than the next. The only thing they offer, which you won't know right away, is what companies they're working with.
Just as long as they don’t try to neg you, or sell you on something you didn’t want, use them. I worked with a couple and some were total sleezeballs and some were good to work with. Be on your guard somewhat when talking to them, and work with who you feel comfortable with
Generally speaking, if a job is offered through a recruiter, you will be slightly more easily able to get that job by going through the recruiter with little variance in salary. However, a variety of desirable jobs aren’t offered through recruiters or are only passed to a recruiter after the employer tried and failed to find suitable candidates without one.

I left as a senior 2 (just progressed) and he negotiate for 90K plus 45k of stock options beating over 4 years. Job originally said 75k-85k. I think it was worth it.
The recruiter can also tell you the range for the job so you know if it’s even worth your time interviewing.
