Cash comp is really, really good for your YOE. I would expect $80-200k equity comp (spread over 4 years). (Source: someone who was first biz hire at a company that sold to LinkedIn, and currently at a later stage startup)
What would be the goal of the MBA?
How many other people in your role will there be?
As for the equity amount, I think it is. I assume you’re non technical and the assumption is that the equity value -3-5-10x over the next 5-10 years

That’s on par or better with what you would make coming out of MBA, and it’s a super desirable post mba role. I’d highly recommend taking the role unless you need the mba for a specific purpose like building a network for entrepreneurship, etc
