Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

A reliable source for me has been to go to LinkedIn. Find all the folks I know that used to be in consulting but are now doing other things. Ping them and ask them if they are happy. They all say “no, I am not happy.” So then I tried the same with those that stayed in consulting. They said “no, I am not happy”. From this I concluded that work is the problem, not the career.
Ive had 3 coaches over my career. I would say the experience has been mixed honestly. One great, the others not. I think I’m down on coaches mostly.
I thought I had a great therapist and she was great for me. Now I find I get 80% of that with ChatGPT.
I asked Chat GPT what it thought of DeepSeek and it said it never heard of it. Not sure I’d trust it with all your intimate details (that it will share with everyone across the internet) or to be truthful
They are all great career options. You need to find what you are more passionate about. Introspect and invest in self discovery
Very interesting. Will try for myself too.
Tbh I’m not sure if coaches can help as directly as folks want. Having said that, I exited to tech and am pretty happy (2 years so far) and happy to answer any pointed questions folks may have. Just DM me.
It really depends on your perspective and your network. If you want to make lots of money you’ll need a time machine to go back to a time before IR35 and be self employed. If you’re good at building personal networks then stay in consulting. However you won’t make Partner in most consulting firms on impact alone.
I can make some referrals if you wish.
