Considering taking a new job at another agency, but the economic turbulence/general uncertainty is making me question if it’s a good idea. Should this have any bearing on the decision, or is “last in, first out” a bunch of malarkey?

Ugh got another “adequate contributor” review. Feedback says I have potential/good work-ethic but not a good of understanding of procedures and auditing. Been in PA for 6 months. How do I improve?

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
