Hello fishes. Need your suggestions. I have worked at Accenture for 2 yrs as a software developer and due to interest in core side, took training in Rv-Vlsi and placed in capgemini as PHYSICAL DESIGN ENGINEER . And it's been 9 months, I didn't get any project. I am much frustrated as I am wasting my imp time. I'm regretting now of leaving Accenture :( Can you give me suggestions on what to learn in this free time? Intel Corporation Qualcomm MediaTek Synopsys Inc. Advanced Micro Devices Inc.

I went in-house for 5 months. Conversations shifted from "here's 100 ways we can make this idea great," to "here's 100 reasons why legal will say no."
Long story short, I don't work in-house anymore.

@CW1 I went because agencies weren't hiring and I needed money. Then shortly after starting, I felt my soul start to diminish.
Don't.
@SC1 when you went were you aiming to make good work, or just get better hours than agency-side?
Love the product/brand. It makes a HUGE difference in your experience
I actually worked on more creative stuff working in-house. I'd go back, for the right brand.
@CW1 this is actually my first agency experience. I started out in-house.
They don't want to innovate. Or can't.
@SC1 That happens at agencies, too, unfortunately.
@Designer 1, what made you want to come back to advertising?
