I went in-house for 5 months. Conversations shifted from "here's 100 ways we can make this idea great," to "here's 100 reasons why legal will say no."
Long story short, I don't work in-house anymore.
Ask what their process is. Ask what the company vision is. I wish I had asked these before taking my current position...
@CW1 I went because agencies weren't hiring and I needed money. Then shortly after starting, I felt my soul start to diminish.

@SC1 when you went were you aiming to make good work, or just get better hours than agency-side?
Love the product/brand. It makes a HUGE difference in your experience
I actually worked on more creative stuff working in-house. I'd go back, for the right brand.
@CW1 this is actually my first agency experience. I started out in-house.
They don't want to innovate. Or can't.
@SC1 That happens at agencies, too, unfortunately.
