Consultant level salary expectation at Accenture life sciences with 5 YOE MBA?

LSEG pay structure has 12.5% of total fixed pay as annual incentive/bonus. Does LSEG pays it completely or a partial amount only? Please help. TIA

I'm a class of 2019 corporate/ecvc associate at a NY based EC/VC boutique. Just had my annual review: next year I'll be paid $175k/yr, with $10k bonus for hitting 1,600 hrs. 10% bonus on originated fees. Hours are definitely less than biglaw and the partners are nice to work with, but can't stop thinking about how I'd make almost double (albeit pretax) at a biglaw. Or should I just be happy that the tech downturn didn't bite my ass?
