Hi all! I'm planning to pivot careers towards the medical devices industry. Specifically in industrial/manufacturing/quality engineering.

Does anyone know of great resources/certifications to share that will not only provide a better understanding but make me a stronger candidate?

As of now, I have a six sigma green belt certification and have had 2 internships (one in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial engineering) prior to my current full-time role.

I’ve been working a Boston based commercial lender for about 9 months as a credit analyst since leaving my relationship manager/portfolio manager role in agricultural lending. I’ve been presented with a portfolio analyst role they have created for me (was told not to apply for a PM role) . The offer is for $100k, is this reasonable? I feel like I have leverage due to underwriting 48% of the volume we have booked by myself and my team is 7 other analysts.

How's the interview process in Infosys for data analytics role? How I can prepare myself for that? And, how much I can ask considering my YOE is 2 years and current profile devops.

I have recently given interview at Infosys for senior lead analyst role. I have submitted all the documents. It’s been 10 days I have not received the offer letter. Could anyone tell if it usually takes this much time to release an offer?

I’ve made it to the 3rd round interviewing at three different firms over the past month, and the feedback I’m getting has all been very similar: they think I’m really great, but it’s not the right time. Why spend 4-6 hours interviewing me just to say there isn’t actually a current role for me? Should I be reading between the lines (if so what does it mean?) or pressing harder for more detailed feedback?

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.
