Could someone please explain how the IJP process works here?

Many positions appear as "Open" in IJP spreadsheet that we recieve in emails, but there is no option to apply in workday. When I reach out to HR, the responses are often inconsistent. Some don't acknowledge the query, while others say the position is either not open or has already been filled, despite it still being listed under the "Open" filter and the position was listed very day when the mail arrived.

I have been offered a position on Senior Consultant/ Deputy Manager at Deloitte India for 4.5 years of exp.

Is this position/role normal for years of experience I hold?

Thoughts on Director of Software Engineering at a small firm $165k base + 10% annual bonus. No stock options, no RRSP match. YOE 12, experience in current role 3 yrs.
Current compensation $140k, no stock options or RRSP match, but love the organization.

I got contacted by a recruiter at Microsoft to interview as a Digital Technical Specialist in Ireland. I have had the Competency, Technical and Role-play interviews and last time the recruiter called me she told me that they have gotten good feedback of me and are making their decision on hiring me, but she also wanted to discuss salary. Is it stupid of me to think that I most likely have gotten the job or am I in over my head?

I’ve worked for a medical consultant company in Houston the last two years doing various things from billing to patient care to even doing medical records request. I have been looking for a job preferably where I can put my masters in healthcare administration to use but most of the jobs I went to apply for I qualify for everything but the management and supervisory years.

I’m quitting my job tomorrow morning. I don’t have a new job lined up. I’m scared, but also excited? I’ve felt under utilized for months, and haven’t had a promotion after two years. I never take risks like this, but life is too short. Is this a bad choice?

Couldn't attend this interview at PwC due to last minute technical difficulties. I requested HR to reschedule it. She said it's not possible this week and she'll try her best for the next week. I am really tensed, I don't want to throw away this opportunity. I was really looking forward for the interview. Would they really reschedule my interview?
