Could someone recommend any books/resources for preparing to a Technical Program Manager interview?

For background: I’ve always been fairly technical (started in development), but never interviewed for a formal TPM role before.

Hi fishes. I have an offer with epam with 16.8 lpa and I asked for salary revise with counter offer. HR said he will get back to me after contacting hiring manager and then after 2 days he said that they couldn’t revise salary as that was the max they can provide for that band. My yoe is 7 and offered band is A3. Do I have any chances of getting salary revised before joining. My date of joining is next month

I’m pending an offer from Visa Inc for a Senior Director role and want to know some guardrails. The recruiter informed me in our very first call that Visa “doesn’t pay cash to bring people on” and alluded to not offering a sign on bonus or RSUs. This is very strange to be competitive in the tech world. Would love to hear input into pushing for both equity and sign on as part of the offer. Thanks!
