If you draw a line with “yellers” they will think twice before yelling at you - they tend to find doormats to bully. So good on you for pushing back.
Pro
Proud of you, nipping it in the bud is the best course of action. I hope I will do the same in the future.

Document the incident and send an email to your manager.

Not to be flippant but who cares about your performance review? Self-worth and respect are worth more than any review. I would rather be out of work than the whipping boy for some egomaniac. If you were in the right and didn’t deserve a butt chewing - yes, they are deserved sometimes - be proud of standing up for yourself and move forward. Let things fall where they will. Bullies will continue to bully until someone stands up to them and punches them in the face.

Report the incident to HR. This is not appropriate behavior. If you report it, legally, there can be no retailiation.
People respect those who respect themselves. Good for you for standing up for yourself.
Coworker should not impact you. Are you easy to work with? Did this person run to your manager?! See if it’s you or them to help yourself
Your manager should be holding them accountable not you
Pro
We don't know if it would impact you because we don't know if the person yelling is also the person doing your review.
That said, no one should be yelling in a professional environment when there aren't literal lives at risk.
There are two parts to the story. 1) Your coworker needs to identify better methods for appropriate communication. 2) You should consider if there are areas for you to address that could improve your performance.
You're making so many assumptions
I would say, it depends of your manager. If it is a reasonable person, he/she will consider this colleague a nuisance, and understand why you left the call.
However, your manager may “not be reasonable” and look for validation outside of the group and do not want to raise any issue with this colleague or her management.
Record your calls with her
Tell them to fcuk off. I will not allow anyone to shout at me.
The day I stood up in a man’s face and said stop yelling at me, he never did it again. Because now if you want to run to HR for me stepping to you, you’ve gotta explain what you did to warrant that response. Problem solved.
