I've got slightly less experience than you but I charge $75/hr for most freelance clients. I've been told by some that this is too low but I'm nervous about raising my prices because I already seem to raise eyebrows a little bit
Ceiling test. When three consecutive potentials say no because of your rate, you’re too high.
Been a while since I’ve freelanced, I’ve heard a good rule of thumb is taking your base salary as your hourly rate. So if you make 130k, then you charge $130/hr. I think a range of $75-130 is reasonable depending on the client.

I’ve worked in pharma for 15 years and started freelancing this past year. I charge $150/hour but every client has been a referral so they know going in I will do the job well. There’s been a salary trend report going around and this rate seems to check out for CDs with this same amount of experience in general.
