CSR. Happened to notice that I was not given my bonus points for booking chase travel. About 4,500 points I was not credited. I called. They escalated. Now they've confirmed they will credit my account the missing 4,500 points.

Does that feel insufficient to anyone else? The problem here is not 4,500 points. The problem is how can I trust that I'm getting the card benefits that I pay for?
