Curious about management consulting pay in the Middle East for a western expat at senior manager/director level. How is overall compensation structured and what kind of salary is expected?

I am an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator with 15+ years of experience. I have program management and pharmaceutical manufacturing experience that gives me additional unique experience. I am wanting to get into the Clinical Trial Management/ Research Management role and am having no luck. Currently working for UW in Seattle. Pay is stagnant, grossly understaffed, commute is terrible, but the benefits are great. Any suggestions on CTO that offers great benefits and competitive salary?
