Take the role that enables you to build the product management muscle you wish to build. You can always get to the comp you desire by building the "right" skills.
Of course, if you need the money right away, jump at it
You can always accept the first role, then jump again if Google works out. It sounds like this existing offer is with a company you’re not as invested in so the bridge burning won’t bother you long.
Do a thorough research on the company that made the offer (on Glassdoor, ask questions about that company here). Make sure the company supports growth and has a clear business strategy. Consider if your commute is going to increase, how that would impact you financially. All that said- I would probably take the offer, just to bring myself to that next salary level, and the title level. It is a well-known fact that the best way to increase your salary is by changing jobs.
Idk, I'm a bit more about the money so I say follow that. If you think the role has what it takes to challenge you, go for it. You can always give it a year and quit if so.
I think I would jump ship for that much. That is ALOT of money to turn down. You can always look for something else if you get there and you don't like it.
It’s still very competitive out there, so if your not crazy about your current offer, look for another.
