Hey, I have 4 YOE and currently a manager at PwC and have been managing teams for a little over a year now. My role mainly consists of leading teams of engineers deliver MVPs to our clients.
If I wanted to exit to Google or Facebook (Meta) what role would align for me? I was looking at engineering manager roles but unsure if that’s too senior for me.

Get clarity on the RSU. Based on your base, I'd expect a very significant amount of RSUs. I think the offer will likely be worth it esp if you believe in the company. Stock appreciation is real.
How can I be like y’all when I grow up?

You need at least a 15-20% TC bump for it to make sense imo
$250-275 base and at least 25%, but more likely 30% cash bonus. RSUs are obviously valuable long term but make sure your cash (and esp guaranteed cash) is a significant bump considering your year this year
Lol 290k base minimum, especially in bay
M1 - you are right, I also got the same numbers. 290k is definitely top of the band.
Appreciate the feedback. I don’t know what the RSU amount looks like. I’m assuming it to be a $200k/4 year or would that be low? We already know where we stand. They know my TC and I know what they disclosed to me in the original post. I’m perfectly happy where I am and recruiter came to me so I think I have leverage to be aggressive with my asks since there is no downside for me. I was thinking $255 base, 20% bonus, $200k RSU/4year. TC would be $356k and is 20% growth over $285k total comp. It also alleviates risk around not hitting quota since 25% of my current TC is tied to commission and the quota for next year is unreasonable.
An SM left with a very similar profile and was offered $500/4 years of RSU. I think you’re low
