I have offer of 20 LPA from Oracle IDC Pune. Project is related to Oracle Primavera Cloud. I had a discussion with the hiring manager and everything sounded good to me.
I just wanted to know if there are any red flags I should be aware of. So please help me fishes.

Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview.Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.
Joined on 1sep 2022.One more interesting fact giving interview in zs associate account(contractor) I never want to work as permanent.

UBS If I had to move within the company to a different location , how does it work? For example if I move from low cost of living area to high cost of living area does the company re-evaluate the base salary within USA? Or do they come back and mention its your family requirement since your partner is located and you are moving ?Suggestions or experiences any !

Jeez SC2/3 to BA? Seems rough. It’s McKinsey but still...
I wouldn’t do it OP. I have taken lesser roles before for more comp and it gets old fast. Tough it out for a year or 6 months as manager and go be manager at McKinsey for even more when the opportunity presents itself
You won’t go from manager at Deloitte to manager at McK.
Comp-wise, you’ll be paid similar to SC as a first year BA. However, M at Deloitte pays what, 110-130? If you survive at McK, you should get promoted to EM within 3 years, and your comp goes to 250+. Also I’d rather interview a McK 2 YOE BA than a Big4 manager - the McK BA tends to perform better and be more mentally nimble.

Yeah i know we’ve hired a few lateral EMs, but i think they were SM at previous companies and had industry speciality
140K. Even then, think about the exit ops. As a manager from Deloitte, you can exit at 150k minimum.
McK probably pays more than that, I'm making 90k as a senior analyst (my company is owned by Accenture so lower tier than McK).
Also with your experience you might be able to negotiate your way to a higher position.
Is this the standard in Canada: Big 4 -> MBB move will mean taking a one level decrease in job title?
It’s typically a North American standard for anything less than a senior enough director level at a B4
If you have a few years of full time experience you’ll be brought in slightly higher than the campus offer. Ask the recruiter they’ll tell you comp.
