Currently at a T3, found out today I passed Power Day at Capital One for a Director level Product Management role. Not sure on the exact role yet, but my recruiter seemed to think there’s a lot of activity and there won’t be an issue placing me in the next 4-6 weeks. Anyone else made the jump?
