Currently in the process of interviewing for accounting roles at JP Morgan Chase and Capital One. Anyone have any experience in either or an opinion on which is the better option? Ive heard mixed reviews about Capital One with some past employees calling it a cult. I don’t know anyone that has worked at JP Morgan Chase. Based on conversations with HR, TC seems about the same at both.

To put it bluntly, I know certain people with less experience and a lower performance rating are getting paid more than me due to my role working with payroll data. I suspect this was due to the fact that I did not counter offer when I accepted this role, which was a few months ago, and now I regret it.
