Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. Is it a good idea to still switch with the counter offer from Cg Capgemini Tata Consu

I was at 125k 2 years out of undergrad after jumping companies. 152k now 3 years out of college. Ask for more IMO. Currently in DC

KPMG throws money at people because the raises are low. You can get up to 125-130 in DC as a SC at KPMG. Recruiter friend is my source. This is for the Advisory - Management Consulting Group. It’s never too much to ask. All they can say is no, don’t be afraid.
Current and potential future role are non-Federal, non-tech management consulting.
I just feel like $110k would be a lot, but with promotion in April and a promotion bonus, that's about what I would need to give up my current network.
Two yrs of exp will probably yield 90-95k as a senior at KPMG
