It would probably have to be somewhere offering a lot of that in equity. You’re doing well to get what you have at that level if you’re not selling anything.
That’s what I figured. 1/3 of what I’m making already is in RSUs
Directors / SMs in consulting do not earn that much. you are in good spot for a manager
Look for a Salesforce role at our larger tech clients such as Apple, Facebook, Doordash, or Google, just an M1 type role will easily break $400k TC. Or look for Senior Director/VP role of IT/CRM at any public company.
You have maxed out on comp. You need to start valuing the intangible aspect of the roles. Caliber of team, projects on roadmap, mission of company, leader to follow.
You will never arrive if increase is your only goal.
You need to be selling large projects to make the jump to the next level. You also need to be at a place with enough talent to fill your current role.
