Deloitte will try to lowball you as well, so stand your ground when negotiating...they do not treat experienced hires the same way they do campus recruits, typically 20-30k less in salary as well
Don't want to give the long explanation to my reasoning but I want the title so I'm ok with the low ball, but do you think they will throw my resume because I'm 6 months short?
And my experience tells me experienced hires get paid more than campus hires so I'm curious why you feel differnelty
At Deloitte it's different, ask any experienced hire. And I don't think they would throw your resume bc you are 6 months short

D1 is wrong. EH make significantly more than undergrad hires. If you have the right skill sets, you will be hired.
With what I've seen of our current hires, if it's truly a perfect match maybe. I will say I've never met someone that came from EY at DC.
EH differences come into play at SC level, will get a little less than campus hires
