- Company C is my dream job but given there is always a risk of H1B transfer denial, still want to go to B for now to not take the risk of refusing company B and being stuck at A
- Should I provide company C’s lawyers company A or B documents to file H1B transfer given I will only have 1 paystub at B so far and C does not know I plan on joining B for now ?
