Days like today where I'll be completely fine then one thing will literally ruin and entire weekend, make it the hardest to push through. I'm spiraling now and I know the source is work related. I just have no idea where to even get help.

Things can and DO get better when you get help. Reach out to a cognitive behavioral therapist. I’ve done this twice over my career and it was a lifesaver. Stay strong and know that you’re not alone.

when window of tolerance is so narrow, the smallest thing shatters the glass it feels like such a vicious cycle - frustration over the small thing that started the spiral. I’m there now, spiraling with you - so many are! Talking and knowing that this is normal, that nothing is normal is so helpful. The ultimate hurt and frustration is the glassy faces of the upper ranks when you’re breaking inside.

I’ve started meditation using an app and I far less fragile vs before. I was exactly the same way and sometimes still am. But now I can breathe and let it pass. Or focus on what to do about it vs getting back on the spiral. I feel you. I really do. You are all of us right now I think. I also reached out to EAP and got a therapist I end each work week with. So I can refill my tank for the weekend and my kids. Has helped me immensely.

For FAR, what do most people think is a realistic number of modules to get through per day/week while working full time. For me, the hour lectures generally take up to 2-3 weekdays to get through lecture, MCQ, Skills, and Sims. By the time the weekend comes, I’m exhausted and need a break, but this seems too slow.

What are some things you guys wish you knew before you started your NetSuite implementation?
