Huh? There is so much info out there and even on this app. Just be logical, one doesn’t need to be spoon fed all the time. I had it. Reported it to my supervisor/ line manager, got connected to HR and they took it on. Super logical when you use your brain!

GroupM has us do a daily check in survey with our status, working WFH, working remotely, sick not working, not working bc caring for family member etc. and then there’s a manager check in and incident report form from WPP. So multiple layers for reporting sickness.
In terms of educational resources, both WPP and GroupM have built out sites on their intranets and have been communicated about multiple times. They might have been slow on the uptake and rolling WFH out but they have been good at comms ever since.

That’s not the employer’s responsibility. Individuals should do their own research from the right sources (i.e. doctors, health organizations).
Thanks!

Take a Tylenol and don’t touch anything. Unfortunately there’s not much to do once you have it except hope it doesn’t get worse
