I have cleared the final round of interview of 8th September, 2025 . After two weeks discussing with HR came to know they have selected but due to unavailability of project, they are not giving the offer.
They said once they get the project they align it to me. Hiring was for a new project for retail.

YOE- 14 years 8 months (all relevant)
Already cleared technical and managerial round of Mindtree and salary Final discussion pending for C6 level.
Mindtree Folks please suggest the realistic package figure I should ask for considering I have to relocate frrom Mumbai to Pune for this role and whether C6 level is apt or not for this experience and skillset.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

What's the fixed package of a Level 8 Associate Project Manager at Accenture technology at an experience of about 12.5 years?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?
