I have asked for salary increments and/or on-site opportunity.

My manager now came to me when only 1 month is left that they are ready to raise visa [EU] but can not increase the salary.

Visa can be raise but they are not sure about the date when they will send to me on onsite.

What should I do now@ on other hand I have offers from good companies.

Should I negotiate a severance package even though it’s not in my contract and it’s not required by UK law?
