I currently have in hand offer with LTI and Infosys, joining in both the companies is on Monday (Sep 27).
In LTI - They are giving me grade P2 and Designation as Senior System Engineer where as in Infosys they are offering me Level 4B and Designation as Senior Associate Consultant. Package wise there is minor difference would not like to focus on package. WLB, Growth, Hike, Job Security… should be the parameters… please respond
