The higher i move up the career ladder the more I see "muslims" in leadership position openly drinking alcohol. I don't judge but I'm just curious do they feel the need that to climb the leadership ladder in these big corp roles?

I have been offered 120K by EY Canada for Manager role in Supply Chain Consulting team. I have total 9.5 YoE and in Supply Chain domain. Is it a fair offer? I am employed with EY India for past 3.5 years and being offered the same level at Canada.
