Made it to the last round of an interview with one of the intelligence agencies. Just got a letter in the mail yesterday saying they will not be moving forward with me.

What skills would you say are transferable from an SDR role to a CSM? I would want to make a transition soon in a few months... Currently in tech. Any suggestions on where to apply?

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
