Debating if I should invest in wedges...

I'm 25 handicap, playing with a set of 11 clubs, which I'm quite happy with. I only P and S wedges, but I'm wondering if it is worth getting proper 52, 56, 60° wedges to replace my SW. Given that you can find those 3 clubs for $100-150 with decent quality.

Short game is my strength, where I play is quite hilly with fast and small greens.

Do you think it will help?

Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

Pretty sure it's a discovery role too.

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

I think this offer is well below par, but curious to hear what you guys think/if you have any comparisons?

My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.

Considering this even though if i have less knowlege and if i perform a decent interview process will i get offers at the last moment?Is the offers during the late notice is given based on as he can join early even his performance is average during interview. Pls share

In the interviews they precisely mentioned the role is for "SAP Solutions Architect" and not a normal SAP development role.

I often get teamed up with male golfers as not many ladies play in my area. I feel like they feel awkward (cause they get silent around me, only saying good shot when I make a good shot) and so I start feeling awkward too, and it negatively impacts my game. Is it just in my head?

Stopped by PGA store and found out I need 1” long clubs, so I returned my set and am on the lookout for new clubs. Any advice for 1” long beginner sets? Don’t seem to see that many online and there wasn’t much choice at the store…
