Where do tax seniors go as exit opp?
Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

Also - if you’re gonna buy wedges, don’t buy used because the grooves get worn out. Seconding the Kirkland Rec, they’ll do the job for now and as you get more dialed with your wedges you can swap them out gradually for more personalized options
Yeah, I was planning that.
I think you’ll be fine with the current set, you’ll just have to be good as distance control and flight is with SW.
The only thing that I can think of is getting stuck in a bunker but at 25 handicap, your main focus might be to just get out
I think so. Specialty wedges have been a game changer for me. The 52 and 56 are awesome for full shots in the 80-110 yard range, I almost exclusively chip with my 52, and the 56 has enough loft to get out of most bunkers. Agreed with the previous commenter that the 60 rarely comes out of the bag unless really needed, but it did save me last round short sided in a super deep pothole bunker
Get the Costco 52/56/60 wedges for $170 and see you how you like it, for the price they’re decent
Agreed - but re-grip them
Get new Vokeys
I don’t know if you need the full set, but I use my 60 all the time.
Lob wedges are probably the most overrated club in the bag. I use it but under 3x per round. However having an approach wedge between you P and S would be useful for different type of shots in those distances.
Kirkland is fine but it still doesn’t mean their lofts and lies are off when you get them out of the box. You need to get them checked after buying.
At 25, invest in lessons instead. Will bring way more enjoyment
That's the plan as well, struggling to find the right coach but that's a different story 😅
