I have recieved the offer letter and got new BRP. skilled worker visa sponsered by Deloitte.

Is it safe to resign from current organization now??

Right to work is check is pending from Deloitte's On boarding team which they said can do only after 4/5 weeks may be because of holidays.

What is Right to work check when I already have the BRP ?? Can it an issue to rising before Right to work check.

Hi Folks, I'm currently in search of a mentor. I'm a 28y/o MSc grad and starting a Junior Funding Consultant role (writing grant applications for startups) as I'm tired of holding out for an entry level role in ESG/Sustainability - I keep getting rejections despite completing a very wide ranging internship at a renewable energy company. Last year I received an offer at Deloitte Belgium but due to Brexit & VISA delays, we couldn't continue. Now I'm unsure of my career progression & need guidance.

Want to join new company after h1b transfer completed. Need to give 2 weeks notice to current employer. Can I work for current employer for those 2 weeks notice period after h1b transferred to new employer?when does the current employer get notified of h1b transfer, in case that happens?

MBB folks on H1-B who recently switched to FAANG - did you run into any issues with visa transfer? My transfer has been filed and I’m a bit nervous about USCIS’ perception of consultants and the current sentiment around H1-B visas.
