Deloitte Audit/RSM Transaction Advisory Consulting Services

I am currently considering internship offers from both Deloitte in their audit practices and RSM in advisory consulting services for the summer of 2023. I know that whichever I go with, I will probably consider starting my career off there. I'm looking for basic advice, who would pay more in the long run, which has a more compelling work environment, and what exit opportunities are possible from there.

Which certification will look better on a CV, a CSPO or a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager?

Would you strongly advise against going in-house right after a state court clerkship? (No law firm experience in law school either). I don’t know if I want to become an in-house forever. Would it be difficult to get a law firm job at a later time?

Landed a contract role at Deloitte via MBO Partners for an audit senior role. MBO is making me a W-2 employee for MBO, but I am getting paid $125/hour plus overtime. Am I missing something here or am I about to be making $5K/week (or more with OT)? Anyone have any experience with MBO or doing contract work like this? Obviously way more than I'd make if I stayed at KPMG for busy season.

I would just like to take this time to tell everyone that no matter what your role is, or who you work for.. that we work to live, we don't live to work.

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of.
