Deloitte GPS Business Analyst vs Mercer Health Consulting Analyst?
Deloitte's offer is 7K more and in a cheaper area. Equal interest in both jobs, slight preference for Mercer for people + culture. Leaning towards Mercer because I graduate in Dec and can start in Jan vs having to wait until next summer for Deloitte + location (although higher COL)

Pigeonhole-ing myself into health consulting / How hard would it be to join Big 4 in a year or two if I don't like it
If you don’t mind waiting and can afford to wait until summer I’d say Deloitte. I just left the Sac office if that would be your home office
what office is your offer with? GPS outside of Rosslyn / DC is a versus different experience. And what Offering? Human Capital, Strategy etc.

I was never GPS, commercial from the start. I left Deloitte entirely, didn’t switch offices lol

Yes, you can get on engagements in any offering — our reputation is slightly different across offerings, since you were asking a bit about exit Ops that could matter.
I don’t know anything about what work we do out of Sacramento or what the culture is; but I think Deloitte has a fantastic program for campus hires and will give you a ton of options for internal growth or eventual exit. I do think starting in Health will pigeon hole you in health a little bit, but starting in GPS won’t pigeon hole you into Public sector
I would go for Deloitte if it were me. Personally that sounds like a great offer to me.
