Hello, I have an interview for a Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant - Functional position for Deloitte’s GPS practice coming up. Will anyone be able to provide me some tips on how to prepare for the interviews (1 behavioral, 1 technical, 1 leadership)?

I am not sure what technical questions to expect since it is for a functional position. I will appreciate any help or advice.

Do Leidos, SAIC, and other mostly-fed consulting businesses pay bonuses to all levels? If so, what does a typical bonus target look like? Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.
