$95-115 range.
Human capital. International relations, Georgetown. Job is in the DC area
That’s really low for ts guy. U should look into boutique govt contractors who are willing to pay 160k or 130/hr for your TS.
GPS I take it, S&A, Tech, or HC? What's your masters in and what university is it from? This will have an impact.
Different person in a similar position. I’m MS in CS from Georgia Tech.
S&A, Tech, or Human Capital?
Tech
I'd hazard ~115k
Is this for advisory or consulting?
Consulting
I’d go for 120-125. If you were joining cyber I’d say try for more because of the top secret clearance and it’s so high in demand ....just out of curiosity why do you have the tsc when you’re in human capital? Did you work for the dod or something similar?
D federal recruiter told me the most they could offer for an outside hire at the SC level is 115k. Wasn’t a TS position though
@Guidehouse1 Definitely not true, I was an experienced hire Fedrral SC two years ago at $130k plus 10k signing
Ha. Just saying what the recruiter told me. Must have been BS
Thanks all. I’m tracking no less than $115 is appropriate
Why are you guys arguing about federal pay? Didn’t they say they were interviewing for commercial ? Or am I missing something?
The position I’m being considered for is a DoD federal position. Apologies, I don’t understand the Deloitte hierarchy yet
Hmm then id say your top secret clearance is worth more than I previously stated. I’d say go for 130
Thanks D3
