If want to grow interms of compensation join Deloitte.
For 8 YOE, Deloitte must be providing you Senior consultant designation. It's a demanding position and you might need to work for longer hour based on the project. Having said that, in Deloitte you will get hike again in June, somewhere in range of 10 percent which I think you won't get in Capgemini. Capg annual hike is also on lower side in comparison with Deloitte. Before joining the project you cannot say anything about WLB, it's totally depends on the project. Deloitte do have 2 months NP while capg do have 3. Try to negotiate with Deloitte once more. My bet is on Deloitte
Tech stack??
19.85 is way less per Deloitte/market standards for someone with 8 YOE. Try asking them to match your other offer you can't loose your original offer if they say no.
SAP ABAP , they are not improving the offer.
